Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other means constitute a material breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of rpyy's services complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Each player may maintain only one active account with rpyy. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and behavioral analysis.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes during your use of rpyy services.
rpyy is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. You must complete KYC verification by submitting clear photographs or scans of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport. Additional documentation may be requested including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal capabilities are restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. We aim to complete verification within 2-4 business hours during standard operating times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. rpyy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, attempted to manipulate games or betting markets, or violated applicable laws. In the event of account closure for cause, rpyy may withhold any remaining balance and is under no obligation to refund deposits or honor outstanding bets.
rpyy supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, and other major banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.
Deposits are typically processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within seconds. rpyy processes withdrawals with industry-leading speed. Average processing times are: Gold tier under 2 minutes (24/7), Silver tier 2-5 minutes during WIB business hours (9 AM - 9 PM), Bronze tier 5-15 minutes during WIB business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. rpyy does not charge withdrawal fees.
All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies even to deposits made with no intention of claiming bonuses. rpyy reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay withdrawal processing if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
By placing a bet, you agree that you have read and understood the specific rules for the bet type (e.g., Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, accumulator) and the event being wagered on. All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted by the specific betting market rules (e.g., Cash Out feature). It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selections and stake amounts before confirmation.
All odds displayed on the rpyy platform are subject to change in real-time based on market conditions and betting volume. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment your bet is placed, not the odds displayed when you initially selected the market. Payout calculations are based on confirmed odds multiplied by your stake. Maximum payout limits apply to certain bet types and may vary by sport or event.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. In the event of discrepancies, the official result takes precedence over any initial or preliminary result. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. Togel results are settled based on the official draw published by the relevant lottery authority. Settlement times vary: most sports bets settle within minutes of event conclusion, accumulator bets settle when all selections are complete, and lottery draws settle based on official announcement schedules.
rpyy reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds due to technical malfunction, duplicate bet acceptance, event already started when bet was placed). In the event a bet is voided, your stake will be refunded to your account balance. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify rpyy customer support within 14 days of settlement. Disputes submitted after 14 days will not be considered. rpyy's decision on all bet disputes is final.
Live betting markets are subject to deliberate acceptance delays to account for broadcast latency and to maintain market integrity. By placing a live bet, you accept that there may be a delay between your bet submission and confirmation. rpyy reserves the right to reject live bets if we detect irregular betting patterns or late betting after significant in-game events.
All bonuses offered by rpyy are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in full before claiming any bonus. Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called turnover or rollover requirement) which must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) of the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. rpyy monitors all accounts for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both sides of the same event), using deposit/withdrawal patterns solely to claim bonuses without genuine play, and colluding with other players. Bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and may lead to account closure and balance confiscation. rpyy's determination of bonus abuse is final.
rpyy reserves the right to restrict or exclude certain players from promotions at our sole discretion. Promotions may be limited to specific player segments, deposit methods, or geographic regions. You may only participate in promotions for which you are explicitly eligible. Bonuses are intended for recreational players; professional arbitrage bettors and bonus hunters are not welcome and will be excluded.

rpyy's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of rpyy shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
